inWhen you have a goal that you need to reach, there’s no space for eating crap, soulfood or good sweet threats… You have to get your body used to NOT eat crap and to not snack all the time…
This is hard sometimes BUT there are amazing healthy treats recipes that i’m going to share with you.
This is a frozen bananas recipe, it is like eating ice cream…with a pinch of sweetness that will satisfy the need to eat smth sweet:
Ingredients:
-Bananas
-Greek yoghurt
-Crushed almonds
-Cinnamon
-Wood sticks
The banana pops will be creamy and not too frozen, the yoghurt will have frozen and the almonds will make the coating crunchy, the cinnamon is there to give a sweet taste to this snack, it replaces the sugar perfectly and is super healthy.
